Franco's Lose Dat Team Weight Loss Challenge is back for the fifth season. This program is for men and women of all shapes and sizes looking to make a measurable, physical change in their overall appearance. This program will allow members an opportunity for the best results-oriented workout they've ever experienced structured in a fun team environment. The Lose Dat Program should prove to be the most rewarding fitness experience you've ever had. The combination of professional instruction, education and empowerment designed by our fitness professionals will result in the transformation of a new you! Spring 2012 Lose Dat Team Weight Loss Challenge Monday, March 5th - Friday, May 11th Orientation is Tuesday, February 28th at 7pm Official Weigh in is Leap Day, Wednesday, Feb. 29th from 5:30am - 7:30pm Orientation Classes and Nutrition Seminars March 1 - 2 -- Small groups meet with a personal trainer two times every week -- Weekly workout schedule, changes after 3 weeks (it's all about muscle confusion!) -- Lectures/seminars/workshops -- Classes such as Body Combat, Cardio Tennis, Pilates, Sports Performance, Yoga, Strike Fitness, Glide Clinic & TRX all included! -- Nutritional support through Pure Life Wellness -- Weekly Weigh-Ins -- Correspond with your team on interactive Lose Dat website and Facebook pages -- Field Day competition between teams -- Winners based on percentage of weight lost Registration: You may register online through through the Lose Dat Registration link on the home page of this website OR pick up a form in the Business Office or Program Registration Desk. Payment or arrangement of payment must be made before you are placed on a team. Cost of Program: This is a members-only program. In order to participate you may obtain a short term or longer term membership by calling membership at 985-792-0200. Once verified that you are a member in good-standing there is $35 registration fee for all new participants plus three payments of $180 drafted with your monthly dues over the next three months. If you participated in the last Lose Dat (Fall 2011) you pay NO registration fee and $10 less per month for a total of $170 per month.
